Columbus Accelerator Programme 2025

Ready for it? It’s that time again! 🥳 Applications are now open for our popular Accelerator Programmes at Columbus.

Starting in September 2025, these programmes run for 6 months. You’ll join us on a full-time contract with a competitive salary and benefits in one of our business areas.

Our Accelerator Programmes are packed to the brim, and here’s what you can expect:

Training in consulting skills
Project methodology
Systems knowledge
Networking, both locally and globally
A dedicated, passionate mentor
Social events and meet-ups

We’re keen for you to start meeting clients as soon as possible. Once the programme wraps up, you’ll step into the role of Associate Business Consultant, working alongside colleagues on projects. Although the programme itself is a set timeframe, we’ll create a long-term plan for your personal and professional growth. ⭐

What sets us apart from other consultancy firms is that we only work on projects – you won’t be rented out to clients for year-long assignments. You’ll spend your time flexibly between the office, client sites, and, if you like, your home office. During the programme, you’ll enjoy a steep learning curve, working in project teams and getting to know companies across various industries.

Columbus is an international IT consultancy, and what we do is design, develop, implement, and upgrade digital solutions for our clients. We work closely with platform partners in ERP, CRM, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, and Information Management, delivering development projects based on these platforms.

We’re leaders in the Nordics within our specialist areas, and you’ll kick-start your career in one of our business units. Our clients are mainly within Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Retail, Food & Beverage, and Distribution. (We can’t name names here, but trust us, you’d be surprised by some of the brands we work with!) 😉

Columbus Dynamics

The Dynamics Accelerator Programme runs for 6 months. Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM is one of the world’s leading business systems, and we’re the top partner in Northern Europe. During the programme, you’ll learn how to configure the system, master project methodology, consulting skills, and much more. You’ll be assigned a mentor who will take you along on project work. The Dynamics Programme includes participants from several countries, and you’ll have the opportunity to visit Columbus offices abroad.
