Introducing WIN - Women's Inspirational Network at Columbus!

Decades of research show that when more women are empowered to lead, everyone benefits. Our goal is the same too! The Women’s Inspirational Network at Columbus is a strategic initiative where we want to empower women, inspire them, and elevate success. We not only want to retain our talent but also be an even more attractive employer for new talent.

We have several initiatives and activities within WIN, i.e. inspirational network events with external speakers and conversations.

We're excited to take this dialogue forward and continue to explore strategies to create a workplace culture that not only recognizes but also celebrates the diverse talents and perspectives within Columbus.
